Years of Facilitation Experience: 25 years

Hayley is a creative provocateur and global change-maker. She works to empower people to believe in the impossible dream and activate change through collaboration, social innovation, and creative exploration.

Having been involved in complex peace building projects internationally, Hayley preserves a deep passion for building and sustaining dialogue across community, and corporate sectors. She specialises in theories, forms, and conventions of behavioural and systemic change, strategic conflict analysis, applied performance and experiential learning. With a PhD in Applied Performance, her expertise has been honed through extensive work in Australia and parts of Europe, South America and Asia as an experienced facilitator, transformational learning designer, social entrepreneur, and arts educator.

Hayley co-founded the Imagine A Day Project (IADP) in 2014, commissioned by the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) Mission in Kosovo to foster cross-community collaboration, social cohesion and justice among young professionals and emerging leaders. In 2016, she received a Global Changemaker Award for her work on the project.

In working with corporate clients such as Woolworths, Big W, Endeavour Group, Buchan Group, Grimshaw Architects, Hayley has advocated a humanistic approach to corporate partnering and value creation, and supported leaders in building collaborative cultures and creating whole systems change.

In the past, she worked as an Associate Professor at the University of Northampton UK, where she designed and managed bespoke tailored programs for international tertiary arts partnerships, corporate contexts and international communities. Hayley continues to work today with energy and optimism, to invite people to imagine the future they want to see, own their capacity for change, and realise a better tomorrow, today.
