Susanna Fredericks-Lee

For over a decade, Susanna has been working with organisations to assist them in meeting their goals and objectives. She's a large part of the glue that binds the Tomorrow Architects crew together, providing support at both the front & back end of the business. 

Prior to joining Tomorrow Architects Susanna held a host of customer and operations-focused roles that centred on improving customer experience, internal processes and efficiencies. She also spent a lot of her career working within large ASX listed and global companies providing business solutions to some of Australia’s largest organisations. 

Through her collaborative approach, Susanna is able to not only deliver on client needs but also build strong, supportive and trusting relationships which led her to being awarded multiple honours within Fairfax Media and externally in the Pacific region.

On a personal level, Susanna loves being with her family and often feels her second job is as an Uber driver carting around her two daughters. She’s an avid reader of personal growth and development books and has a crazy obsession with all things stationery and tech- anything she can find to increase organisation and efficiency in her life sparks serious joy in her.
