Director
Paige has worn many hats over the years. Completing her undergraduate degree in psychology she started in Child Protection, working with some of our most vulnerable young people.
In 2012 Paige and her best friend, they cycled from Laos to Cambodia as part of a fundraising campaign to raise money for female victims of trafficking. This adventure led Paige to facilitate leadership programs with the women directly impacted and also involved a three-month stint working at an HIV orphanage in Cambodia.
These life-changing experiences further ignited Paige’s passion for the human condition, driving her to study and work in domestic violence counselling and then expanding her career into learning and development and facilitating behaviour change group work.
Her wealth of experience in analysing human nature and her intuitive instinct is the foundation for her role as director in Tomorrow Architects, supporting strategic direction and all things people and culture.
Driven by her intrinsic passion for women’s rights, Paige also created and leads Tomorrow Woman. A for-purpose organisation, creating safe and non-judgemental spaces to unpack the experience and expectations of womanhood, helping women to find their authentic voice in today’s world.
In her down time she loves hanging out with her five-year-old son, River and toddler, Augie, loves the beach and has a secret passion for reality TV.
